Terms and Conditions

The purchase of services from Blu Vision implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

Requests and Reservations

The reservations requests must be sent via e-mail using the dedicated form in the “Contact us” section, over the phone or via instant messaging app (Whatsapp). Depending on the type of service and customer requests, Blu Vision will provide a quote.
The customer is required to provide all the information necessary for Blu Vision to provide the requested service.
The booking confirmation will be sent by email or via instant messaging app (Whatsapp).
If the customer does not receive confirmation of the reservation, it will be his responsibility to contact Blu Vision again.
The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation by Blu Vision

Unless otherwise indicated, the booking confirmation does not require the prepayment of the service.
Payment is made on board. Payment methods accepted: credit card or cash.
Blu Vision reserves the right to request, under particular conditions, advance payment of the entire sum or part of it by bank transfer. Blu Vision will inform the customer in advance about the required payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

A booking cancellation  can be done via email or via instant messaging app (Whatsapp).

  • For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the date of the event, no penalty will be paid.
  • For cancellations made later than 48 hours before the date of the event, a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the service will be required
  • No show: Blu Vision will requesta full payment as per the estimate

There is no penalty for cancellations attributable to the Covid-19 pandemic
The payment of the penalty or of the full amount for a canceled service will be made by bank transfer at the time of cancellation.

Force Majeure

Blu Vision reserves the right to cancel and / or interrupt the tour in case of adverse marine weather conditions and / or for reasons of force majeure that could jeopardize the safety of the participants. In this case, customers can reschedule the tour taking into account their availability and the availability of Blu Vision; if this is not possible, Blu Vision is not required to refund as the non-provision of the service is attributable to force majeure beyond the control of the company.

Behavior on Board

Tour participants are required to comply with onboard safety rules and regulations.
These rules will be stated on board by the captain who is required to enforce them.
The recurrence of irresponsible behaviors that may jeopardize the participant own safety and that of others, may result in the forced interruption of the service or in the exclusion from the tour of the person who is responsible for dangerous behavior.
It is mandatory to wear a life jacket for children under the age of 5 and for anyone unable to swim
It is forbidden to wear shoes on board.
Any damage to the boat or to one of its components will be sanctioned on the spot.

Covid-19: crew and guests are required to comply with current regulations for the prevention of contagion.
These rules will be announced on board by the captain. Failure to comply with them may result in the interruption of the tour or the exclusion of those of the participants who have been responsible for conduct contrary to the aforementioned rules.
